Can our school pay by purchase order?
Yes. Every school automatically gets a 30-day account when paying by purchase order, with no setup needed. You can also pay by EFT or credit card. Just request a quote and it arrives by email, ready for approval.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Collection and return are free on every repair, metro and regional, and labels print straight from our website.
Can you repair a whole class set of iPads at once?
Yes. Add every device to one quote request and we'll quote the batch, collect it in one pickup and send one consolidated invoice.
How long does a school device repair take?
Most repairs are usually completed within 72 hours of arriving at our repair facility, then sent straight back to your school.
How do we send devices to you?
Request a quote, choose a collection date and print free shipping labels online. Pack devices securely and we'll collect them from your school.
Should we send chargers and cases?
Just send the device, unless we ask for accessories. It keeps things simple and avoids items going missing.
