1. Our commitment to privacy
iArmour Repair is the school repair division of iArmour. iArmour is a business name of Device Services Pty Ltd (ABN 31 620 277 223), an Australian owned company that repairs iPad and MacBook devices for schools and education providers. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Device Services Pty Ltd trading as iArmour, including its iArmour Repair division.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. When working with government schools, we also support each school's obligations under its state or territory privacy laws, such as the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it and how you can contact us about it.
2. What information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote, collect, repair and return school devices. This may include:

- Device details, such as device type, model, serial number, asset tag and a description of the fault.
- Billing details, such as purchase order numbers, invoice contacts and payment records. We don't store full credit card numbers.

Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health information, unless we specifically ask for it.
3. Information stored on devices we repair

6. Sharing your information
We don't sell personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver our services, with:

We ask these parties to protect personal information and use it only for the purpose we provide it.
7. Storage and overseas disclosure
